• Appointed as a Professor on 13 th January 2015 in Pashto Academy, University Of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• Appointed as a Professor on 05 th June, 2012 and work there up to 12 th January, 2015.
• Appointed as an Assistant Professor from 14 th Sept, 2004 up to 04 th June, 2012 in the department of Pashto, U O B, Quetta.
• Appointed as Lecturer in the Department of Pashto, University of Baluchistan Quetta from 2nd November, 1994 up to 13 Sept, 2004.

• Worked as a visiting professor in Baluchistan Study Centre, (taught M.Phil course work for Pashto).

• Member of National Review Committee(Curriculum)of Pashto from class One to 12 th for the Text Book Board Kh.Pakhtoonkhwa.
• Remain Chief Editor of the Pashto research journal, TAKATOO, of Pashto Department University of Baluchistan, Quetta, 2009 to 2010.
• Remain Member of the Editorial Board of the Pashto research journal, PASHTO, Of the Pashto Academy University of Peshawar.
• Currently Working as an editor of the Pashto Research Journal” Pashto” of the Pashto Academy, University of Peshawar.
